In The United States, CSS is a 501 (c) (3) not for profit organization. In Taiwan, the CSS foundation falls under the supervision and jurisdiction of Taipei's Bureau of Social Affairs. However, CSS is an independent organization and is not funded by the government. We rely on private donations and are blessed by the generosity of many wonderful individuals and families. Working in cooperation with licensed organizations in countries like The Netherlands, Sweden, Australia and The United States, CSS uses a great deal of resources to support and place children in need. With the tightening world economy the charity dollar is ever so limited. CSS always appreciates any contributions and assistance to its programs. As people continue to be responsible and generous in helping others, CSS has faith in its ability to further expand services to those in need.

YOU can make a difference by donating basic need items ( Baby Products) for the children. We specifically need diapers, S-26 powdered formula and jars of Gerber baby food. In an average month the Mu-En Baby Nursery uses 162 cans of formula, almost 300 jars of baby food and more than 5,000 disposable diapers!
